There is one day of the week that we are always ready for, Tuesday.  Tuesdays mean tacos in our house, but we don’t always go for the same old beef tacos.  We have done chicken, pork, shrimp and this week I decided I wanted Tuna! I went to Pinterest to get some ideas and ended up with my own recipe for tuna poke, asian cabbage slaw, and avacocado wasabi slaw.
We went to Hong Kong Asian Market and got everything that we were going to need and then headed to Champions Seafood for our fresh Sashimi grade tuna and I almost cried when the girl told me that they had just sold out! We ended up eating a bunch of the yummy dumplings and soup from the Asian Market and save the Poke for another night! My dad flew in that Saturday and it seamed like the perfect night for our wonton tacos!  These are as good as any tuna taco you will have in a restaurant and super easy to make! I prefer shopping at the asian market because I can often find better quality items at better prices.  Be sure you know what you are looking for though! Make these for any get together or just to show someone you love them. Nothing says I love you more than some raw fish! We also made some spicy volocano sushi and spicy crab rangoons.

There are 4 parts to the tacos: the tuna poke, the cabbage slaw, the avacado wasabi mayo and the fried wontons.
